In addition to text and tool-assisted queries, `clai` provides dedicated modes for image (`photo`) and video (`video`) generation.

## Generating images with clai photo

Configure your preferred image model with `clai setup 1` or pass `-pm` on the command line:

```sh
clai -p-dir ./assets -p-prefix icon photo "Minimalist terminal icon in emerald green"
```

- `-pm <model>` — Override the photo model.
- `-p-dir <dir>` — Directory to write generated images into.
- `-p-prefix <prefix>` — Filename prefix for generated images.
- `-P <prompt>` — Prepend a reusable style prompt to the photo request.

## Generating videos with clai video

Configure video generation settings with `clai setup 2` or pass `-vm`:

```sh
clai -v-dir ./clips -v-prefix demo video "Retro CRT terminal typing green monospace code"
```

- `-vm <model>` — Override the video model.
- `-v-dir <dir>` — Output directory for generated video files.
- `-v-prefix <prefix>` — Filename prefix for generated videos.
